A POST-NATAL YOGA CLASS FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY

​My Mums and bubs post natal classes offer you safe, post natal stretching exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation with a specialist post-natal yoga teacher. My classes also include poses to help rebuild your core strength and realign your hips, pelvis and spine.

A great way to connect with other new Mums and their bubs. There is no expectation for your baby to behave in a certain way and you will be welcome to join the class after it has started if you’re running late. You are welcome to feed or change bub’s nappy when required. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes and bring yourself, your baby and your mat. Suitable for Mums to attend after their 6 week postnatal checkup or after 8 weeks for a c-section.

Once you have booked, this will secure your spot for you and your baby for the duration of the course. Therefore, no refunds or credits can be given for missed or cancelled classes. 6 week course paid in a block $120. Regular courses will be run throughout the year.
