Build Your Own Timber Workbench | Term 2 at the Illawarra Woodwork School

At the heart of every workworking space, is a solid & sturdy workbench. The design of the bench will be taken from the 18th & 19th Century, Roubo style. This project will reshape participants in their woodwork journey, building confidence, techniques, and skills. The construction will be using traditional joinery such as Mortice & Tenon joints. Ed Oliver will lead participants through this process over five Saturday classes | 9.30am - 3.30pm.

• A lower shelf provides additional storage organisation.
• The bench size will be customised to individual needs and workspace area.
• Participants will have the choice of Bench crafted Leg Vices or Dawn Tail Vices which are extra.

Term 2 Workshop Dates:

• Sat May 2nd
• Sat May 19th
• Sat May 30th
• Sat June 13th
• Sat June 27th

Cost : $2,500.00 which includes instruction, materials & lunch. Payment plan can arranged | 25% deposit cash or credit card & balance paid by start of the course.
