Shell Con Mania returns for its second year as Illawarra's Indoor Stadium Pop Culture & Cosplay party!

Bringing together Pop culture fans, artists and Vendors, Special Guests, Cosplayers, gamers, and families for a day packed with entertainment, comedy, interactive experiences, Dancing and community spirit in all its costumed madness.

Proudly supporting KidsWish and presented with SPONSORSHIP from Shellharbour City Council, 96.5 Wave FM, Casey’s Toys, Illawarra Estate Agents and partnered with other local partners, the event celebrates creativity, fandom, and fun while raising awareness and funds for another great cause & Illawarra's Friendly Neighbourhood Heroes group to keep bringing the love!

The day will be hosted by Australian comedian, writer & television personality Fabulous Adam Richard, known for his appearances on ABC's Whovians and as a writer for Hard Quiz, Our amazing Host will be joined by Cosplay Veteran Queen Kryze as the Cosplay Comp Co-Host!

Our 3 Major Cosplay Judge Special Guests we call 'Keepers of The Mania' will be Jaclyn May, Lunariz.A and Gotcha Props leading the cosplay competition this year and giving out amazing prizes for best created cosplay in 3 Major Categories.

Visitors can meet local creators including.

• Two-time World Champion boxer Billy Dib, who will be showcasing his children's book Boys Do Cry. Billy will be right alongside the legendary team of Talk to Me Bro raising awareness of Suicide prevention along with being a support safe space for anyone attending & on the other side, Elite Supplements Shellharbour/Calderwood keeping everyone as fit and healthy as a 2 x World Champion Boxer.
• Comic artists Americo and Maddi from the new Dirtbags Graphic Novel, displaying their new book and merch and holding Shell Con's very First Creator Panel.
• For a major first we have real Tattoo Artist Lisa Giles on the show floor working her Magic for anyone that wants a Real Tattoo? (18+ Only).
• The Cosplay Repair Guild once again supporting local cosplay community events with their amazing on site repair skills.
• We are also Promoting Sydney Filmmaker Luke Sparke's Film PRIMITIVE WAR with a wall space and a few Giveaways. Primitive War is streaming now.
• SydLug Brings the Interactive Lego and Lego Vendors to the show floor Lego Goodness all around.
• The event will feature panel discussions, Huge Cosplay Comp and the amazing Centre Pointe Performing Arts bringing live Dances all day.
