Botanic Gardens Day is an annual day of celebration to shed light on the role of plants in our lives and the important work botanic gardens undertake every day.
Botanic Gardens Day is an annual day of celebration to shed light on the role of plants in our lives and the important work botanic gardens undertake every day to conserve them for future generations.
Over at Puckeys Estate Nature Reserve (our annex site), we are running a free interpretive walk that will showcase this rare coastal habitat that includes rainforest, dunes and marshland.
There will also be a botanic art and photography exhibition plus an excellent selection of native plants for sale from the Garden's Towri Centre.
We hope you can drop in to participate in these free activities and who knows, you may 'find your inner botanist'.
