Parenting Support Sessions

Psychology support for parents, all parents. Particular focus on supporting parents navigating their child’s neurodiverse needs: ASD, ADHD, persistent drive for autonomy (PDA; i.e. the endless “NO!”), behavioural management, school refusal, routines and scaffolding, sensory difficulties and accommodations, low demand parenting skills, relational repair and connection, parent burnout and grief.
