Adapt Martial Arts and Boxing Academy is a family-oriented school. Focusing on self-defence and boxing classes for people of all ages and abilities (3yrs to Adults). Conveniently located in the heart of Wollongong.

Our Little Rangers (preschool class) is the perfect balance of fun and education of self-defence basics. Whist improving gross motor skills, practicing counting, colours and following verbal instructions.

Junior Martial Arts (primary school aged) focuses on discipline, respect, and learning the foundations of Hapkido in preparation for their junior Black Belt and beyond.

Martial Arts for teen to adults classes are all about real self-defence. Focusing on Hapkido primarily but combining the best techniques from other styles such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jit Zu and Taekwondo. This combination of styles is ideal for teaching you what you need to know if you ever find yourself in a dangerous situation.

Boxing classes to suit everyone. From boxing fitness classes for the very beginner, or morning ladies only classes. To those more serious about their training wanting to get in the ring or train like a fighter, we offer Fight Club.

The Academy provides physical training and continual learning, in a fun and friendly atmosphere, suitable for kids and adults alike. And because it is not a seasonal sport, your training can continue throughout the entire year!

Karate Parties at Adapt Academy
Looking for something a little different for your little one’s birthday? Why not try a Karate Party for your little ninja.

For 2 hours, your child and their friends will find out what it’s like to celebrate their birthday, Karate Style.

On the day of the party you will have exclusive use of our dojo. Our facilities are clean and safe for children of all ages. Our professional, friendly martial arts teachers will look after everything to do with the party and make sure your child and friends have fun. All you need to do is sit back and let us do all the work.
