Hi, I'm Jade Fisher, a PACFA-registered psychotherapist offering trauma-informed counselling and holistic psychotherapy in Helensburgh, Northern Illawarra.

I work with adults navigating trauma recovery journeys, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, creative blocks and the artist's way. My approach blends person-centred counselling and process-oriented psychology with creative and somatic methods.

All are welcome. I love to support artists, seekers, sensitives — drawing on my own background in the creative arts to understand the unique challenges of a creative life.

Concession rates and sliding scale fees available. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I'm committed to working with you to find a fee that works.

In-person sessions in Helensburgh, convenient to Wollongong, Thirroul, Austinmer, Bulli, Stanwell Park, and surrounding Northern Illawarra areas. Online sessions also available.
