The Form Movement is a purpose-built organisation providing neurodiverse individuals, individuals with physical disabilities and their families with personalised support programs and access to group-based activities and workshops under the NDIS scheme.

With an emphasis on physical movement and outdoor experiences, we develop both customised programs and social activities which advance an individual’s confidence and personal growth, as well as their general physical fitness and connection and engagement with the outside world.
