WEA Wellness program - creating a calm, healthier YOU during lockdown!
Join us for a 4 week ONLINE Wellness Program held via ZOOM starting 16 August - 9 September.
Each day we will feature a different discipline or skill - Immunity Boosting Beverages with Ratnaja, Meditation and Moonbeams with Lee-Ann, Lunchtime Yoga with Rebecca and Stress Less with Julie.
Join all or some of the sessions - it is up to you! Note: Sessions are live and not pre-recorded. Catchup sessions for any missed sessions are not available.
Recipes for the Immunity Boosting Beverages will be provided.
Please call the WEA office on phone: 4226 1622 three days prior to the commencement of the class to confirm that it will be going ahead.
WEA Illawarra will provide you with a link to join the class for the duration of the course. Only students who are enrolled in the course will be permitted to join the class.

Immunity Boosting Beverages, Smoothies and Tea with Ratnaja
Join Ratnaja as she shows you how to make healthy beverages and explains the medicinal properties of spices used in each recipe.

Meditation and Moonbeams with Lee-Anne
Join Lee-Anne as she guides you through meditations, affirmations, full moon releasing and more..

Lunchtime Yoga with Rebecca
Join Rebecca for a relaxing lunchtime yoga session. Iron out those kinks, clear your mind and float through the afternoon!

Stress Less with Julie
Are you finding it hard coping with your day-to-day normal tasks? Do you feel uncomfortable and uneasy in certain situation or places? Join Julie in this series of workshops as you discover the tools to break down these thought patterns.
