Based in the Northern suburbs of Wollongong, Wolf & Woman Distillery is a multi-award winning, family owned and run warehouse micro distillery crafting single malt whisky and artisan spirits.
All products are made onsite- hand-made, bottled, &labelled in our custom bottles Using only the finest ingredients. All distilled in small batch guaranteeing a premium distilled spirit.
Visitors can sit amongst the stillhouse when the bar is open or sit upstairs overlooking the amazing Australian made stills.
Expect everything gin, to the finest whisky’s, specialty spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and local beer &wine to be pouring at this two story space open to the public Fridays and Saturdays.
Our Crowd Favourite -signature gin captures the spirit of contemporary Australia; Australian native botanicals, awash with coastal inspiration. Pepper leaf stands heroically amongst the breakers, balanced by 12 of the style's finest, including wattle seed, lavender, citrus notes and coastal sea lettuce. The award-winning Wolf & Woman Distillery have happy hours on Fridays from 5-6 pm, and Saturdays from 1-2 pm with selected $10 cocktails during happy hour.
The cellar door and bar are open with food trucks on Fridays from 4-8 pm and Saturdays from 12-8 pm.
