The Illawarra Folk Festival is an annual event presented by volunteers from the Illawarra Folk Club. This is the largest folk festival in NSW, with more than 150 acts performing at 13 venues over four days.

Set in the stunning Northern Illawarra escarpment, the 32nd Illawarra Folk Festival is 4 exciting summer days of folk, world, roots, bluegrass, gypsy and celtic music and poetry, comedy and dance thrown in for good measure.
The festival has long attracted international and national performers, who have helped establish it firmly on the national music calendar.

- Wednesday – Opening Bush Dance and Session
- Wednesday / Thursday – Folk School MORE DETAILS
- Thursday – Dinner Italian Style, Great Gut Busting Tripe Dinner and Concert, Charity Day, Taster and other concerts
- Friday / Saturday / Sunday – All 13 venues in full swing until Midnight
- Saturday / Sunday – Green Music Train from Sydney to Bulli MORE DETAILS
Have fun with friends – You can book campsites as a group but you must organise just one booking for all the sites and register your chosen group name eg Fred’s mates. Bookings must be either all in C1 sites or all in C2 sites.
