Focused Foundations are dedicated to empowering individuals with ADHD, and their families, through one-on-one and group education and support. They understand the unique challenges and struggles that come with this condition but also the strengths and advantages. They provide a comprehensive approach to ADHD management, including education and support groups, individualised sessions, and education for all ages and stages of the diagnostic process.
