GMB Intro to Locomotion
The Intro to Locomotion Workshop teaches you the GMB Fitness foundational forms/movements
Locomotion is a full body exercise that stimulates and builds high levels of strength, flexibility, and body control. In this workshop, you will learn 3 Core Movement Patterns. You will also learn transitions between movements, stretches for locomotion and variations and progressions, so you know exactly where to start, no matter what your current fitness level is. No experience of movement or fitness is required. The only essential attribute is the willingness to crawl around, explore different body movements, and have fun! This workshop can be the first step to developing a movement practice, or it can be just what you need to take your training to the next level!
