Grinspoon Announce Second Show
After announcing their upcoming Chemical Hearts tour only a couple of weeks ago, legendary Aussie rockers Grinspoon have already sold out The Forum in Melbourne and Waves in Wollongong, with a bunch of other shows on the run not far off selling out. Due to this high demand for tickets, a second show for Waves has been announced for October 19.
Joining Grinspoon on the bill in Wollongong will be These New South Whales, alongsideGooch Palms as main support, and Bugs. For all other shows nationally, Grinspoon will be joined by The Hard Aches, Gooch Palms and Bugs. And don’t forget the band have also announced a very exclusive run of Chemical Hearts vinyl records that will only be available at the shows, offering a taste of the setlist from the tour as a vinyl keepsake.
With seven albums, Top Ten ARIA chart spots, ARIA Awards, 13 ARIA nominations, more than 1,000 gigs, tens of thousands of frequent flyer miles, 7 appearances at the Big Day Out as well as slots at Homebake, Falls Festival, Splendour In The Grass, an NRL Grand Final and a Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony in Melbourne, there’s no denying that Grinspoon are Aussie rock royalty.
The Chemical Hearts tour will be packed with hits and audience faves from the band’s festival performances over the years, but will also pay homage to their discography after the record that thrust them into the spotlight, Guide To Better Living.
