Melody has had a passion for singing and performing from a very early age, having been involved in many aspects of musical performance and theatre and singing in the classical, contemporary and music theatre idioms. She has completed a double degree in Music Performance and Arts Theatre and Performance Studies from UNSW, an Associate and Licentiate diploma of Trinity College London, as well as her AMusA and LMusA in Classical singing.
In 2012 Melody was a finalist in the 10th Annual Australian Cabaret Showcase, where she met and worked with some of the inspiring performers and producers in Australia. She is currently working towards an Associate diploma of Trinity College London in Music Theatre and hopes to continue her love affair with theatre and performing both on and off the stage.
Melody’s onstage credits include such shows as Ado Annie in Oklahoma, Marty in Grease, Crystal in Little Shop Of Horrors, Mary Lane in Reefer Madness, Urinetown, Amneris in Aida, Ulla in The Producers with UNSW’s NUTS, Grace Farrell in Packemin Productions Annie, and Beth in Merrily We Roll Along at the Riverside Theatres.
