This September, Wollongong locals are invited to join the Million Moves Challenge – a free 21-day event designed to get our community moving, feeling good, and building healthier habits together.
From 1–21 September, the challenge is simple: complete 75 moves a day for 21 days – the time it takes to form a new habit. Your moves could be anything: walking the dog, riding your bike, kicking a ball around, stretching at your desk, dancing in the lounge room, or hitting the gym. Every move counts.
