As part of November’s Nan Tien Health and Wellbeing Market, our special “Doodling Chan” Workshop will teach you techniques for the art form of doodling and how it can be incorporated into your daily life to help you strengthen concentration, be more productive and live in the present moment.
Your tutor, Nan Tien Temple’s Venerable Youji, is a professionally trained artist who was one of the Editors of the 20-Volume Encyclopedia of Buddhist Arts (2016). Her “Doodling Chan” exhibition has toured Australia, Asia and U.S.A.
Before you start your class you can join us for free Tai Chi and meditation (10:00-11am). Then, afterwards, you can browse the rest of the Nan Tien Health & Wellbeing market; Delight in fresh produce, natural health remedies and locally crafted homewares and fashion.
Delicious lunch options will also be available from yummy vegan burgers to the Karma Cafe’s vegetarian Chinese Buffet.
