TERM 4 2024 PROGRAM
Give your little ones aged 0-5 a head start in early years STEM! Activities vary each week and may include sensory play, artworks, science experiments, puppets, construction, playdough, story time and much more!

Mon 21st October = 3..2..1.. Blast Off
We launch Term 4 by exploring all things rockets and flight! Test a rocket balloon then build your own custom rocket to launch in our outdoor gardens.

Mon 28th October = Planetarium Adventure
Twinkle twinkle – lots of stars! Join us in our planetarium as we travel through the Universe together.

Mon 4th November = Amazing Animals
Learn about habitats and camouflage and touch some REAL taxidermy animal specimens from the UOW Biology department.

Mon 11th November= Sound & Music
Explore the science of sound through different experiments and make your own instruments to take home!

Mon 18th November = Life Cycles
Dress up as hungry little caterpillars as we investigate the amazing lifecycles of butterflies, chickens and bees!

Mon 25th November= Human Body
Little doctors can explore skeletons and organs, whilst discovering the fascinating journey food takes through the human body.

Mon 2nd December = Under the Sea
Your ocean adventure will include ocean dressups, loose parts play, water play, puppets, magnetic fishing and much more!

Mon 9th December = Birds, Nests & Feathers
Invent your own feathery friend, make a custom nest, build bird habitats, touch a real pelican egg and much more!

Mon 16th December = Bubble-tastic Science
Explore the amazing world of bubbles as you make own blowers and wands! Who can create the longest bubble snake? Are you brave enough to put your head in a giant bubble?
