Friday to Sunday in October Steamers Bar & Grill will host a pop-up Oyster Bar with a freshly shucked oysters.
Each week a selection of the following delicious varieties may be available;
SYDNEY ROCK OYSTERS
PAMBULA LAKE – Oysters from Pambula Lake have a smooth, subtle flavour, with a slightly vegetal, cucumber and a dry finish.
COFFIN BAY – The premier oyster growing region for south Australia, producing the ever popular Coffin Bay Oyster, well known for its quality, flavour and size.
SMOKEY BAY – Oysters from smokey bay are renowned throughout the world for their sensational “Sweet Ocean” taste.
KANGAROO ISLAND – Natures paradise – Oysters grown in this region are known for their size, quality and distinctly sweet yet salty flavour.
KANGAROO ISLAND – Southern mud oyster, known as a flat oyster. Large and salty freshly shucked they have an earthier, more full-bodied flavour
Oysters will be available in single units for $3.5 each and a selection of dipping sauces✨
