Lightly fried calamari with garlic and lemon yoghurt and rocket
Oven roasted pork belly with sprout slaw and pepper caramel dressing
Prawn, crab and avocado poke with sesame and wasabi cream

Bigs (choice of)
Grilled barramundi on Paris mash, zucchini ribbon and lemon beurre blanc
Pumpkin, spinach, pea and pinenut risotto with pecorino
Oven roasted chicken breast with garlic chats, asparagus and choron sauce
Grass fed lamb rack with herb and tahini crust with mash, greens and wild thyme jus

Raspberry and coca slice with coconut sugar and coconut ice cream
White peach panna cotta with champagne jelly and pecan crumble
