    The second brewery to hit Wollongong is smashing out a range of great craft beers. Open for tastings and can sales.

    Five Barrel Brewing is a family-owned and operated brewery in the Illawarra.

    We established ourselves in 2015 with only eight taps and a small taproom. Since then we focused on producing the best quality beer and building a great reputation for it. With sixteen rotating taps in our taproom, our head brewers are always inventing and perfecting new flavour combinations so everyone can find their favourite.

    Our brewing process is focused on sustainability and supporting local businesses. We believe in fresh craft beer, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with great quality ingredients. From Hazy IPA to Milk Stout, we create something for everyone.

    Along with expertly brewed beer, their taproom features our Five Barrel Food Truck. With a huge range of burgers with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Check out our menu online here. 

    Five Barrel Brewing has a food truck serving a massive range of delicious burgers, available every Thursday to Saturday at 12-7:45 pm and Sunday at 12-4:45 pm.

    The range varies from plain to fancy and includes vegetarian options. They also have fries and chicken wings available.

    They also run a $10 Spicy Chicken Burger Thursdays special served with chips (pictured above). This burger has achieved legendary status and is worth drooling over that’s for sure!

    Sunday Funday Family Game Day - 2nd Sunday of every month from 12.30pm - 2.30pm

    Ready for a day of family fun like no other? Look no further than Five Barrels! Join them for a fantastic day packed with games galore!

    Game Day is every Sunday - with a Family Meal Deal once a month on the second Sunday of the month on Sunday Funday Family Game Day.

    Soak up the sun while challenging your loved ones to epic battles of Giant Jenga, Connect Four, and Cornhole. It's all about outdoor thrills and good vibes! Prefer to keep things cozy indoors? We've got you covered with card games, chess, and checkers. Let the good times roll!
