Wollongong Botanic Garden is a healing place. Slow down and connect with nature by exploring this unique nature wellness trail.
There are seven stations designed to help you escape the everyday, relax and experience a feel good mental moment surrounded by nature. You can choose to just do one exercise, a few stops or all of them. It’s totally up to you!
The trail starts at the south-west corner of the Mercury Lawn (or just look for the signs when you visit the Garden).
There are audio recordings of the exercises so you can also try it out from a little slice of nature near you, or even your own backyard.
