We’ve got something for every age and ability:
Top Rope Climbing – Fully supervised and beginner friendly
Bouldering – No ropes, just pure climbing freedom
Vertical Challenges – A twist on climbing, perfect for kids and new climbers
With our Kids Learn to Climb Program, children of all ages can learn to climb like a pro in a fun and safe environment. Lessons focus on climbing technique and skills developed through fun games and activities.
There is no age restriction to climb; it all depends on the individual and their comfort with heights and their ability to get up the wall. We have harnesses to fit even the smallest of children. Participants under 12 years old must have an adult present to hold the ropes for them.
The full program is 10 weeks long, with one session per week. You can choose if you wish to attend classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdayafternoons, 4:30pm – 6:00pm. See visual timetable here.

ClimbaYoga is a Vinyasa style yoga class with assisted alignment and a focus on stretching, conditioning and strengthening your body for rock climbing. It’s run by local climbers Rachel and Carleigh. Classes are for all levels of experience and fitness. Learn more here.
HangFit
HangFit is a fitness class designed to condition your body for climbing as well maintain general fitness. Run by Carleigh, the classes are a combination of strength, yoga and pilates that will get you strong and agile. You will be working on your antagonist muscle group and strengthening your core which in turn will aid your climbing. Classes are for all levels of fitness. Learn more here.

Looking for something fun and a little different to do on a Friday night? Skip the usual and try an epic evening of climbing, laughs & new friends. Join in every Last Friday of the month from 6pm to close for a social, staff-led night for climbers of all levels. Learn more here.
