    Happy Days Surf School provides the Illawarra community with surf lessons suitable for all levels beginner through to advance. Our team are passionate, professional and dedicated in giving you an epic surfing experience. Lessons and programs are designed in educating you on your surf skills and ocean knowledge whilst having a whole lot of fun along the way!

    Top-notch lessons & programs

    Happy Days has created the finest lessons and programs to suit all surfers. Our ladies and kids surf programs pave the way for progression to a desired level; offering guidance on surfing techniques, ocean knowledge and surf safety, whilst building ocean confidence. Happy Days lessons offer options for private and group sessions, and can be extended into personalized surf programs. All lessons and programs follow our instructor to student ratio of 1-5 (kids) and 1-6 (adults) to ensure you receive the attention you deserve.

    Experienced Team

    Our passionate surf coaches are highly qualified, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Each coach is fully qualified and accredited through Academy of Surf Instructors (ASI), and adhere to strict safety guidelines and precautions to guarantee premium surf lessons. All Happy Days coaches are also First Aid trained, and hold a current Bronze Medallion or Surf Rescue Certificate, Working with Children and police clearance checks.

    Premium Equipment

    To keep you comfortable all year round, we provide Quiksilver 3/2mm steamer wetsuits in all sizes for kids, men and women. Our softboards are safe and stable, with a range to suit all levels of experience, ages and body types. Happy Days uses top quality equipment to ensure you are both safe and comfortable throughout your lesson, enabling you to enjoy the experience and focus on progressing to that next level.

    Quality education & school programs

    Happy Days Surf School is a licensed partner of Surf Education Australia; providing premier water safety and surf education programs to schools throughout the Illawarra. As an ASI accredited surf school, Happy Days also provides the internationally recognized Surf Wise program; a unique modulated educational surf program making learning to surf fun and safe.
