 FLAG FOOTBALL (Non-Contact American Football)

We’ve teamed up with the Wollongong Mustangs (fresh off their U15 Gridiron NSW win!) to bring Flag Football to the Illawarra!

Our 10-week program focuses on learning, playing and having fun in a supportive environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Learn the basics of Flag Football
• Run by local Mustangs coaches
• Skills, drills & game play
• Scrimmage-style games
• Inclusive & social atmosphere

PROGRAM DETAILS

📅 Start Date: 28 April (Term 2)
📍 Location: University of Wollongong
🕓 Day: Tuesday
⏰ Time: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
📆 Duration: 10 weeks

Age Groups

• Junior: 8–11 years
• Youth: 12–15 years
• Teen: 15–17 years

💰 Price: $60 + uniform (10 weeks)
👤 Individual registrations only

FUTSAL (Indoor Soccer)

Our fast-paced indoor futsal league is perfect for kids who just want to play, compete and have fun with mates.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• 45-minute games each week
• Small-sided, high-energy matches
• Social, beginner-friendly environment
• Team & individual registrations welcome
