Our baker makes fresh-baked bread and a delectable range of sweet & savoury muffins, tarts, pies & cakes with Paleo & alternate grain options. The morning bakery waft will lead you to us.

We open at 6 am to cater for the busy train commuters. We are ready and equipped to get a delicious coffee in hand or a healthy smoothie or fresh juice, a fresh-baked breakfast pastry or warm savoury roll….so many options before embarking on your journey.

We understand how busy you are…and you may have a train to catch…We have designed a range of quick grab options for workers and commuters to maximise on health and minimise the wait. At any time of the day, there will be healthy breakfast & lunch options available so you can eat well on the run.

Our menus are versatile, catering for all types. We know about gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan options. We constantly rotate our menu to give you a variety and cater for everyone, we aim to work with produce that is in season to maximise macrobiotic principles.
