Movement Five

Movement Five is a Illawarra/South Coast disability provider supporting young people of all ages to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections. With a strong focus on personalised care, their programs are designed to meet each individual’s goals in a supportive and engaging environment.

From social group activities, after school support (including school pickups) and school holiday programs to one-on-one support, group fitness and respite camps, we have Parents covered! With a passionate team and a strong focus on inclusion, Movement Five creates opportunities for participants to stay active, make friends and experience new adventures.

They also offer transitional skill building courses, like learning life skills that help teens get ready to live independently. They also have some exciting new programs like basic woodwork skills, their ever popular Meal Prep Mondays, social Fridays and weekend adventures.

Whether your child is looking to improve social skills, build healthy routines or simply have fun with like-minded peers, Movement Five offers a welcoming community where young people feel they truly belong.
