Red Point Arts

Red Point Arts is a member-run arts co-op, where all types of artists, artisans, students community members and visitors come together to socialise, share ideas, relax and show their arts and crafts. Everyone's welcome, including children and doggos, so why not bring the whole family for a fun day out.

Our HQ is in the beautiful, vibrant arts precinct in the heart of Port Kembla at The Wentworth (formerly Kembla Court) and dates back to the 1950's. Our gorgeous, grassed courtyard is bordered by our resident artists' working studios, two exhibition galleries and an arts workshop.

Come along and browse the working studios, chat with the artists, take in a free art exhibition or two and relax with a coffee or your lunch in our grassed area. The fabulous Little Thai restaurant is open 6 days for lunch or dinner and The Iron Yampi is just next door if you fancy a beverage or modern Australian cuisine.

Come and join us at our regular events:

• Exhibitions – We have new exhibitions every couple of weeks in our two galleries. All exhibitions have FREE entry and feature talented local artists with everything from painting to sculpture, to textiles to jewellery on display. There's something for everyone. Check out our upcoming free exhibitions. Galleries are available for hire at affordable rates.
• Classes – Red Point Arts have a huge variety of classes facilitated by talented local artists, such as drawing, life drawing, mixed media, painting, sculpture, watercolour, jewellery making and fluid art in a friendly, casual environment. Why not try something different and expand your horizons by coming along to one of our many art courses 
• Art & Crafts on the Grass our makers' market is held in our courtyard on the second Saturday of each month. Come along to browse our artisan market stalls, featuring handmade jewellery, homewares, produce and more from our talented members. While you're here, you can also wander through our open resident artists' studios and visit the free art exhibitions in the galleries, while taking in the live music and vibrant ambiance.
• Don't miss The Wentworth Markets on the last Saturday of the month, featuring boutique local stallholders with music, flowers, gifts, crafts, collectables and much more.

All studios and free art exhibitions are open Thursdays to Saturdays, 11am to 2pm.
