Our Bar, Cellar Door & Products

For all your South Coast Distillery needs come visit our Cellar Door 9am to 5pm throughout the week and Saturdays from midday. You’ll be able to purchase the full range of our premium spirits and get an early look at our upcoming products and small-batch releases. Click here to read more about our products.

Our Distillery Bar is open every Friday from 4pm and Saturday from midday. We offer a range of specialty cocktails, tasting flights, Australian craft whiskies and a rotating selection of local beers and wines.

We have a cosy Botanical Garden that is the perfect spot for an afternoon picnic and G&T or two. You can even bring your own grazing boards to enhance the experience! Looking for a bite to eat? Our neighbours at Bellissimo Gourmet offer a fantastic range of quality pizzas. You’re also free to bring your own food or simply choose something from your preferred delivery service.

Join us to celebrate the end of the week at our distillery for Happy Hour every Friday! Cheers to Friday nights at our cosy cellar door bar! Unwind and sip away the week's stress with our amazing happy hour deals on drinks. Don't miss out on the perfect blend of great prices and even greater vibes! Bar opens at 4:00pm, Happy Hour until 6:00pm. See you there!

Function Hire

Looking for a fun space to host your birthday party, hens, work event or special occasion? Look no further than the Illawarra’s destination distillery. We have an intimate space that allows for a truly unique setting for any occasion.

We have a fully functioning bar and fantastic bar team that’ll be dedicated to serving you high quality drinks all night long. We offer a range of drinks options, from drinks on arrival to customisable packages that'll will suit your individual events needs. All functions are self-catered, so you’ll have the opportunity to put your own unique twist and taste into your function.

Best of all, there is no booking fee for venue hire! We simply require a minimum spend over the bar on the night.

Find us in the Spring Hill Centre off Masters Road, south of Wollongong. Our address is Unit 8, 2 Drummond St, Mount St Thomas. Getting here by public transport? We’re a short walk from Coniston Train Station and the bus stop on Gladstone Avenue.
