ADULTS FREE FLAG FOOTBALL TRIAL NIGHT: Urban Rec Wollongong are running a free trial night on March 3rd from 7pm at UOW!

New players welcome, no experience required! They’ll teach you everything you need to know in a social environment.

Come and try Australia’s biggest break out sport! 5v5 Flag Football league – Huge NFL Fan? well this might be what you are looking for. We’re putting on a free trial night to gather individuals to give Flag Football a go on the 3rd of March. Everything will be provided just show up with boots and a water and you’re good to go!
