Lines and Layers - exploring drawing with a biro/ball point pen

LINES & LAYERS
Exploring Drawing with a Biro

Come along for a relaxed afternoon of drawing, experimenting and exploring the possibilities of the humble biro pen.

We’ll explore line, tone, texture, mark-making and layering, with simple exercises designed to help you see and draw in new ways.

We’ll experiment with different techniques before moving into observational drawing, using a sketchbook and biro pens.

No drawing experience is necessary — this workshop is about playing with marks, building confidence and enjoying the process.
