Smoked salmon, chilled tiger prawns, smoked pork neck, prosciutto di San Daniele, chilli salami, marinated olives, house pickles, brie, roast garlic hummus, dill and cucumber tzatziki, cucumber crudité, warm sourdough and toasted Lebanese bread

Mains (alternate drop)
Roast chicken supreme, charred eggplant, asparagus and beans with tarragon béarnaise
Pistachio crusted lamb rump with silky celeriac, glazed carrots and thyme jus
