NAIDOC Family Fun Day at Koonawarra Community Centre

The Community Support Team warmly invites you to our annual Koonawarra NAIDOC community event.

This special day celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, bringing together community members and local organisations. The event will feature a Welcome to Country, smoking ceremony, cultural dancing, a local singer, and over 40 stalls offering activities, giveaways, and information about local services.

This year, we’re also excited to introduce a Blak Market, showcasing local Aboriginal businesses selling artefacts, clothing, and pre-packaged food items.

There will be plenty to see and do for all ages.
