Led by Lisa, these high-energy dance fitness sessions are set to infectious Latin and international beats that will have you smiling, sweating, and feeling amazing—no matter your age or fitness level.

Never tried Zumba before? No worries! Just bring your joggers, a water bottle, and your good vibes—Lisa will take care of the rest. ????

And after the dancing winds down, we’ll stretch it out and end with a guided meditation—a chance to ground yourself and soak in all the good energy. Bring your yoga mat, or borrow one from us.
