ClimbaYoga is a Vinyasa style yoga class with assisted alignment and a focus on stretching, conditioning and strengthening your body for rock climbing. It’s run by local climbers Rachel and Carleigh. Classes are for all levels of experience and fitness.
Perfect for all levels, these sessions focus on improving alignment, flexibility & core strength. Designed with rock climbing in mind, but everyone is welcome - whether you’re a climber or just love a good workout. Mondays & Tuesdays, 7pm - 8pm.
