The Albion Park Community Hub Market is a vibrant and fun event for the whole family that runs on the first Sunday of every month at Centenary Hall, Albion Park.
They aim to provide a unique shopping experience with over 40 local stallholders offering a large variety of goodies for sale, such as tasty treats, plants, handmade crafts, unique gifts, including jams and sauces, honey, chocolate coated strawberries, cupcakes, model cars, fresh flowers, clothing and accessories + much more. The Moss Vale Showground Market is set in the grounds of the Iconic Moss Vale Showground (16 Illawarra Highway, Moss Vale) on the third Sunday of each month (excluding the dates that fall from January through March) from 9am – 2pm – click here for upcoming market event dates.
This market will feature many local artisans with handmade craft, jams, relishes, soaps, candles, giftwares, quality collectibles, plants and more. The miniature train rides running throughout the day on every market day. Come down wander through the grounds grab a coffee, freshly baked breads, street foods, pastries, fresh flowers every market day. Bring a picnic blanket with you so as to make the most of your day with us. We are a dog friendly market.
This market aims to please everyone and accommodates with public toilets and plenty of parking. We also love fur babies, so bring your 4-legged babies on a leash. The Moss Vale Rotary have joined our market and are raising much needed funds via gold coin donation at the main gate and will also be operating their canteen on each market day. All of the funds raised will go to help build community infrastructure in the Moss Vale area.
The Bundanoon Makers Market is held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday every month from 8.30am to 2pm (excluding January).
The market is a quality market for makers, bakers and growers from the Southern Highlands – and is totally worth the 1-hour drive from the Illawarra! Come up for a drive, enjoy the country lanes and perhaps take the time to walk one of the trails in the Morton National Park.

Crown Street Night Markets is a lively weekly night market held weekly on Thursdays from 5-9 pm. It is full of local and international foods, drinks, and sweets. With live music and a great atmosphere! Vegans and vegetarians are also catered for here. The markets are located at 200 Crown Street, Wollongong (near the amphitheatre).

As day dawns, Friday turns the Thursday night markets into the Crown Street (daytime) Markets; with local designers and fresh produce on offer, there are so many stalls to explore. On the first Saturday of each month, the Nan Tien Temple holds their Health & Wellbeing Markets. These are boutique markets filled with peace and happiness. They are located within the tranquil grounds of the Nan Tien Institute (231 Nolan Street, Unanderra). If you’d like, you can use the footbridge to enter the Nan Tien Temple grounds. This is the biggest Buddhist Temple in Australia. Parking and access are available from either car park.
Activities include free tai chi classes held from 9:30-10:30 am, and free mindfulness and meditation classes held from 10:30-11 am. The art gallery is open from 9 am-2 pm. The vegan and vegetarian cafe is open from 9 am-2 pm. Live music from 12-1 pm.

Whether you want a gift or a fun day out, this market ticks all the boxes. These markets are held on the third Sunday of every month, from 9 am – 3 pm. Extra markets are occasionally held on a public holiday. Extra markets are held in April, June, and January.

Kiama Farmer’s Market is a great place to meet with local food producers, artisans, and farmers to buy locally and directly from the farm. Join the community for a fun afternoon and support local food production. These markets are held in the centre of town in the town square (at Coronation Park, Surf Beach, Kiama) and are held in the Pavilion if the weather is wet. These markets are held every Wednesday from 3-6 pm (or 2-5 pm in Winter).

Coledale Markets are held at the beautiful Coledale Public School (699 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Coledale) on the fourth Sunday of the month from 9 am – 3 pm. Overlooking the ocean, why not pack swimmers or beach gear and make it a day out? Coledale is a beautiful little town packed with character. It is a lovely place to explore. The markets are full of stalls by local artists, hidden treasures, and good vibes. Due to the markets being held on the Department of Education grounds, it is not a pet-friendly market.

Having a night off cooking once a month (if not more often) sounds very appealing to me. Eats and Beats at Jellybean Park (Egans Lane), Nowra have you covered. This family-friendly event offers great food and a relaxed, fun midweek evening out. Food truck cuisine includes burgers, Indonesian, pizza, cakes, BBQ, ice cream, and more. This market is on the third Wednesday of every month from 4-7 pm.

Don’t forget the mushrooms, cakes, sourdough bread, ready-made meals, seafood, and food trucks. This is a family-friendly and pet-friendly market, with toilets onsite.

Beautiful Jamberoo holds a monthly market. Stalls include flowers, crafts, local produce, and much more. There is also a skate park and a playground right next to the markets. Jamberoo is a gorgeous village with character and charm to boot. It makes for a great day out with the family. Toilets are available onsite, and this is a pet-friendly (on-leash) market. Jamberoo Village Markets are held at Reid Park (Allowrie Street, Jamberoo) on the last Sunday of every month (February-November). Check their Instagram page for updates.

Gerringong itself has lovely shops and cafes right next to the beach, with lots of charm and beauty. Spend the day exploring the markets and wandering through the town. A day in Gerringong always feels like a holiday to me. These markets are held at 106 Fern Street, Gerringong on the third Saturday of every month from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Kangaroo Valley Farmers Market has its local growers and makers at its heart. It aims to provide sustainable food choices and support local growers and makers. Set in a beautiful location. You can expect to find meat, fruit and vegetables, eggs, honey, and olive oil. Locally made pickles, jams, and crafts are also on offer here. This market is located at The Friendly Inn (159 Moss Valley Road, Kangaroo Valley) on the second Sunday of each month from 9 am-1 pm.

This beautiful market has ovmer 100 stalls selling lovely handmade craft, clothing, pottery, candles, babies’ items, dogs coats and more. Local organic produce, honey, jams relishes, chilli sauces all made locally, quality collectables plants, garden art, vinyls, repurposed books plus lots more.
Come along and browse the market, grab a coffee, delicious donuts, Portuguese tarts, gourmet Thai and Gozleme stay for lunch. Live music from 10am.
Some market days there will be a jumping castle for the kids to have fun, while you explore the market day. Something for everyone to enjoy in beautiful Milton. The Milton Lions club will also have their BBQ operating at this market with yummy bacon & egg rolls and sausage, onion sangas. A great day out for the whole family.
Jervis Bay Markets are monthly and during the cooler months (May to September) these are held on the first Sunday of every month at Jervis Bay Maritime Museum (Woolamia Rd, Huskisson) from 10 am-2 pm. During the warmer months (October to April), the markets move to Saturday evenings and become twilight markets, which are held on the first Saturday of each month from 3-7 pm.
Culburra Beach Markets are held on the first Sunday of every month from 8 am – 1:30 pm. Located at Culburra Community Centre (210 Prince Edward Avenue, Culburra Beach).
Callala Bay Markets are held on the second Saturday of every month from 8 am-1 pm. These are at Callala Community Centre (42 Emmett St, Callala Bay).
Batemans Bay Sunday Markets are held on the first and third Sunday of the month, 9 am – 1 pm. along the Waterfront Foreshore Precinct (Clyde Street, Batemans Bay).
Pyree Village Art and Handmade Market Held on the fourth Sunday of every month 9 am – 1:30 pm (In December they are held on the third Sunday of the month). These are at 888 Greenwell Point Road, Pyree, NSW, 2540.
If you are down in the Moruya area on a Saturday morning, the Moruya Country Markets are a not to be missed event. They are set on the beautiful Moruya River and run from 8 am – 12:30 pm at Riverside Park (on Ford Street, Moruya). Hosting 130 stalls, there is every kind of stall including bakery goods, gourmet pizza, local meat and produce straight from the farm, local seafood straight from the boat, and even blueberry ice cream from Clyde River Berry Farm (when blueberries are in season). Add to this, the gorgeous flower arrangements, and craft goods, and a playground right at the beginning of the markets to keep the kids happy, it’s a fantastic morning out.
If you are staying in the area, check out the Tuesday SAGE Markets as well, where local farmers come to sell their produce, straight from the farm, or straight off the boat. They are on every Tuesday from 3-5 pm.
